How do I book an attraction?
Open the attraction page and use the booking button. Tickets are sold and fulfilled by the operator running that experience, so your confirmation and tickets come from them by email.
Does it cost more to book through this site?
No. You pay the operator’s standard price. We may earn a commission from them, which does not change your price.
Where do I find my tickets?
In the confirmation email from the operator, usually as a QR code or booking reference you can show on your phone.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, subject to the operator’s policy on your confirmation. Because the operator holds the booking, contact them directly rather than us, as we cannot change a reservation on your behalf.
How early should I arrive?
For cruises, 30 minutes before departure. For observation decks and timed-entry attractions, 15 minutes before your slot.
Do the Statue of Liberty cruises stop at the island?
No. Sightseeing cruises pass within a few hundred feet of the statue for photos and return to the pier. If you want to walk on Liberty Island, you need the island ferry instead.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Cruises run in most weather, with heated and air-conditioned indoor decks. Operators cancel only for unsafe conditions and will contact you about a refund or a new time.
Are attractions suitable for children and pushchairs?
Most are. Cruises have open and indoor decks and onboard restrooms, and no long queue to stand in, which makes them easier with young children.
Is there a New York attraction pass?
Several exist and can save money if you plan on three or more paid attractions a day. If you plan a slower trip, single tickets usually work out cheaper.
